Article 60 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

a - The Authority's employees may seize any telecommunications devices or equipment that are unlicensed, contrary to the Law, or used in an unlicensed activity, against a written receipt stating the type and specifications of the devices, and deliver these devices to the Authority and refer him to the competent body. b - Seized items that cannot be licensed shall be confiscated, while devices that may be licensed shall be retained until they are licensed. c - If the seized devices are not licensed or their owner does not request their return within six months from the date of their seizure, the Board may issue a decision confiscating them. d - Devices whose confiscation has been decided shall be disposed of in the manner determined by the Board. 5- Confiscation of the offending devices shall not preclude the imposition of the other criminal penalties provided for in this Law or any other law.
