English translation
Subject to the provisions of other laws and except for the offences stipulated in Articles 67 - 80 of this Law, the Board may accept settlement of any violation of the provisions of this Law before its referral to the competent court, against a monetary fine not exceeding the amount of the fine prescribed in this Law, payable directly to the Authority.

مــع مراعــاة أحــكام القــوانين الأخــرى وباســتثناء الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في المادتين
67 - ٨٠ مــن هــذا القانــون للمجلــس أن يقبــل الصلــح في أي مخالفــة لأحــكام هــذا
القانــون قبــل إحالتهــا إلى المحكمــة المختصــة وذلــك لقــاء غرامــة نقديــة لا تزيــد على مبلغ
