English translation
Every member of the Authority’s Board of Directors who violates the provisions of Article No. 5 of this Law shall be punished by a fine not exceeding fifty thousand Kuwaiti dinars and not less than five thousand dinars, and termination of his membership shall be ordered. Every worker at the Authority who violates the provisions of the Article referred to in this Article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding twenty thousand Kuwaiti dinars and not less than two thousand Kuwaiti dinars, and his dismissal from his position shall be ordered. Every employer who violates the provisions of the Article referred to in the first paragraph of this Article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand Kuwaiti dinars and not less than ten thousand Kuwaiti dinars.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تزيد على خمسين ألف دينار كويتي ولا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار
كل عضو من أعضاء مجلس إدارة الهيئة يخالف أحكام المادة رقم ٥ مـن هـذا القانون
ويحكم بانتهاء عضويته.
ويعاقب بغرامة لا تزيد على عشرين ألف دينار كويتي ولا تقل عن ألفي دينار
كويتي كل عامل في الهيئة يخالف أحكام المادة المشار إليها في هذه المادة ويحكم بعزله
من وظيفته.
ويعاقب بغرامة لا تزيد على مائة ألف دينار كويتي ولا تقل عن عشرة آلاف دينار
كويتي كل صاحب عمل يخالف أحكام المادة المشار إليها في الفقرة الأولى من هذه
