Article 64 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

Where a violation of the provisions of this Law or the regulations or decisions issued in implementation thereof is established, the Authority may take any or all of the following measures, as appropriate to the scale of the violation: a - Warn the violator to remedy the violation within 30 days from the date of afnar. b - Suspend the licence granted to the licensee for three months. c - Remedy the violation at the violator's expense. Home Page 503 Law Index Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law Law No. 37 of 2014 Establishing the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority d - Reduce the services licensed to him by no more than one service for each violation. e - Reduce the term of the licence granted to him by a period not exceeding half the licence term. f - Collect a financial fine not exceeding one million Kuwaiti dinars for each violation. g - Retain and seal the seized equipment, devices and machinery pending final determination of the dispute. h - Revoke the licence. The fine shall be doubled in the event of repetition, or the violator shall pay twice the value of the damage, whichever is greater.
