English translation
The person concerned may request the Authority to review its decision within one month from the date of notification thereof, based on grounds that were not before the Authority when it issued the decision or measure. The Authority must determine the request within thirty working days from its submission and must reply to the applicant with its decision within one week of taking the decision. لصاحب الشأن أن يطلب من الهيئة مراجعة قرارها خلال شهر من تاريخ إخطاره
به بناء على أسباب لم تكن تحت نظر الهيئة أثناء إصدار القرار أو الإجراء ، ويجب
على الهيئة أن تفصل في الطلب خلال ثلاثين يوم عمل من تاريخ تقديمه ، وعلى الهيئة
