Article 57 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

The conduct, act, or omission referred to in the preceding article shall be deemed to hinder, prevent, or distort competition if it takes any of the following forms: a - A licensee's exploitation, alone or jointly with others, of a dominant position in the market or a major part thereof. b - Agreement with others for the purpose of preventing or restricting competition in the market, in the manner specified by the Implementing Regulations of the Law. c - Providing facilities to the parties concerned that would restrict competition in the market. d - Making changes to the market structure that would prevent or restrict competition, particularly mergers in the telecommunications sector. The Authority may issue rules relating to conduct, acts, or omissions that hinder or restrict competition.
