Article 54 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

The Authority shall verify licensees’ compliance with the terms and provisions of the Law and may take any measures it deems appropriate for this purpose, including: a - Conducting physical inspections of network sites and telecommunications equipment. b - Examining the licensee’s technical records and ascertaining the soundness and accuracy of the systems used to issue bills. c - Ascertaining the level of service provided to beneficiaries and their complaints.
