The licensee may not carry out any disposition, perform any act, or refrain from any act that would prevent, restrict, or distort competition in any commercial activity relating to the telecommunications sector in the State, where the act or omission occurs in connection with operating a telecommunications network or providing a telecommunications service.

لا يجوز للمرخص له إجراء أي تصرف أو القيام بعمل أو الامتناع عن عمل يكون
من شأنه منع المنافسة أو الحد منها أو تشويهها في أي نشاط تجارى يتعلق بقطاع
