English translation
The Air Force may intercept any hijacked aircraft, whether civilian or military, and may, during pursuit, do the following: a - Prevent the hijacked aircraft from landing in the State of Kuwait and escort it until it leaves the State's airspace. b - Compel the hijacked aircraft to land in the State of Kuwait. c - Shoot down the hijacked aircraft if it constitutes a threat or danger to the security and safety of the country.

يكون للقوة الجوية اعتراض أية طائرة مخطوفة سواء كانت مدنية أو عسكرية،
ولها أثناء عملية المطاردة ما يلي:
أ - منع الطائرة المخطوفة من الهبوط في دولة الكويت ومرافقتها حتى خروجها
من أجواء الدولة.
ب - إجبار الطائرة المخطوفة على النزول في دولة الكويت.
ج - إسقاط الطائرة المخطوفة إذا كانت تشكل تهديدا أو خطرا على أمن وسلامة
