English translation
The term of appointment to any position in the group of leadership positions shall be four years, renewable. Renewal of appointment to leadership positions and the transfer and secondment of persons appointed to these positions shall be by decree upon the submission of the competent Minister.

تكون مدة التعيين في أية وظيفة من مجموعة الوظائف القيادية لمدة أربع سنوات قابلة
للتجديد.
ويكــون تجديــد التعــيين في الوظائــف القياديــة ونقــل ونــدب المعيــنين في هــذه الوظائــف
