Appointment to certain positions may be probationary. If the appointee is proven unsuitable, the appointee shall be dismissed from service or the contract concluded with the appointee shall be terminated. If, however, the probationary period is completed successfully, the appointee shall be deemed confirmed in the position, and this period shall be counted as part of the appointee's length of service. المعين فصل من الخدمة أو أنهى العقد المبرم معه، أما إذا انقضت فترة التجربة بنجاح
