English translation
Periodic leave shall be thirty-five days per year, increased to forty-five days for an employee who has spent no less than fifteen years in State service. Weekly rest days and official holidays falling within the periodic leave entitlement shall not be included in calculating the duration of that leave. Periodic leave may not be granted until six months have elapsed from the date of assuming work, and the salary for the periodic leave entitlement shall be paid upon taking it.

تكــون الإجــازة الدوريــة لمدة خمســة وثلاثين يوما في الســنة، تزاد إلى خمســة وأربــعين يوما
للموظــف الــذي قضى في خدمــة الدولــة مــدة لا تقــل عــن خمــس عشرة ســنة، ولا تدخــل
أيــام العطلــة الأســبوعية والعطلــة الرســمية التــي تتخلــل الإجــازة الدوريــة المســتحقة في
حســاب مدة هــذه الإجــازة.
ولا يجــوز منــح الإجــازة الدوريــة إلا بعــد مضي ســتة شــهور، مــن تاريــخ تســلم العمــل
