Employees may be granted study leave or sent on missions, study grants, or training courses with full pay, reduced pay, or without pay. The Civil Service Council shall determine the rules and conditions governing this. In cases of necessity, the post of any of these employees may be filled temporarily if the leave, mission, grant, or training course is without pay and for a period of not less than one year.

يجوز منح الموظفين اجازات دراسية أو إيفادهم في بعثات أو منح للدراسة أو في
دورات تدريبية بمرتب كامل أو مخفض أو بدون مرتب ويحدد مجلس الخدمة المدنية
القواعد والشروط المنظمة لذلك.
ويجوز في حالة الضرورة شغل وظيفة أي من هؤلاء الموظفين بصفة مؤقتة إذا كانت
