English translation
Anyone who gives false information orally or in writing, knowing it to be untrue, before the Committee or the Grievance Committee, or before the competent court when the dispute is referred to it, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة آلاف
دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من أدلى شفاهة أو كتابة ببيانات كاذبة،
وهو يعلم بعدم صحتها، أمام اللجنة أو لجنة التظلم أو أمام المحكمة المختصة
