English translation
The seniority of the employees concerned in each grade within the same occupational group shall be ranked according to the date of appointment to it. If more than one employee has the same date of appointment to one grade, their seniority relative to one another shall be ranked in accordance with the rules determined by the Civil Service Council upon a proposal by the Personnel Bureau.

لتاريخ التعيين فيها فإذا اتحد تاريخ تعيين أكثر من موظف في درجة واحدة ترتب
