English translation
The groups of positions, their corresponding grades, their salary scales, the categories of periodic increments, and the prescribed minimum period of remaining in each grade shall be for the schedules attached to these Regulations. The Civil Service Council may, upon the proposal of the Personnel Bureau, prescribe salaries for certain positions without being bound by what is set out in the aforementioned schedules.
