Without prejudice to Article (3) of these Regulations, an employee shall, upon appointment, be granted the starting salary of the grade to which he is appointed and shall be entitled to his salary from the date he assumes work. His seniority in that grade shall be calculated from the date of his appointment to it.

مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة (۳) من هذا النظام يمنح الموظف عند تعيينه أول
مربوط الدرجة المعين عليها ويستحق مرتبه من تاريخ تسلمه العمل.
