English translation
The case of an employee who receives two consecutive final reports with a rating of poor shall be referred to the Undersecretary of the Ministry to consider imposing one of the penalties provided for in Article )60(, other than dismissal. If, in the following year, he receives a final report with a rating of poor, he shall be deemed dismissed from service.

الموظف الذي يحصل على تقريرين نهائيين متتاليين بدرجة ضعيف يعرض أمره علي
وكيل الوزارة للنظر في توقيع إحدى العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة )6٠( عدا
عقوبة الفصل .
