Article 30 of Decree of 1979 concerning the Civil Service Regulations

Minutes shall be kept of the Committee’s meetings, including, in particular, the matters presented to it and the decisions and proposals it has reached. The minutes shall be signed by both the Chairman of the Committee and the Secretary, and a special register shall be established with the Head of the Personnel Affairs Unit in which these minutes shall be recorded. Thereafter, the minutes may not be inspected, nor may a copy thereof be obtained, except pursuant to an order issued by the Minister, the Undersecretary of the Ministry, a judicial authority or a disciplinary body.
