An employee may be absent from work for an emergency reason that the employee is unable to report in advance in order to obtain permission to be absent. Emergency leave shall be for a period not exceeding four days per year and shall not exceed one day on each occasion. Upon returning to work, the employee must submit to the employee's superior a statement of the reasons necessitating the absence, and these reasons shall be subject to the assessment of the competent superior. The employee's entitlement to this leave shall lapse at the end of the year. Article 37 (1) Repealed

يجوز للموظف أن ينقطع عن العمل لسبب طارئ لا يستطيع الإبلاغ عنه مقدما
للتصريح له بالغياب.
وتكون الإجازة الطارئة لمدة لا تزيد على أربعة أيام في السنة ولا تتجاوز يوما واحدا
في كل مرة ويجب على الموظف أن يقدم لرئيسه عقب عودته إلى عمله بيانا بالأسباب
التي اقتضت غيابه وتخضع هذه السباب لتقدير الرئيس المختص.
