Upon the secondment of an employee, his post shall remain vacant. In cases of necessity, it may be filled temporarily by appointment if the secondment is without salary and for a period of not less than one year, provided that it is vacated upon his return. Seventh: Leaves

عند إعارة الموظف تبقي وظيفته خالية ويجوز في حالة الضرورة شغلها بصفة مؤقتة
بطريق التعيين إذا كانت الإعارة بدون مرتب ولمدة لا تقل عن سنة على أن تخلي عند
عودته .
