The employee may, after giving consent, be returned to the following entities: 1 - Public authorities and institutions. 2 - Sports bodies and public benefit associations. - Companies in which the State holds a stake. - The government and Arab, foreign or international bodies. The Civil Service Council may, upon the proposal of the Personnel Bureau, add other entities to those entities. Secondment shall only be in accordance with the rules and provisions laid down by the Civil Service Council.

يجوز إعادة الموظف بعد موافقته إلى الجهات التالية
۱ - الهيئات والمؤسسات العامة.
٢ - الهيئات الرياضية وجمعيات النفع العام.
- الشركات التي تساهم فيها الدولة.
- الحكومة والهيئات العربية أو الأجنبية أو الدولية.
ويجوز لمجلس الخدمة المدنية بناء على اقتراح ديوان الموظفين إضافة جهات أخري
إلى تلك الجهات.
ولا تكون الإعارة إلا وفقا للقواعد والأحكام التي يضعها مجلس الخدمة المدنية.Ask about this article
