The female custodian’s permanent residence with the girl in her custody in a foreign state other than the guardian’s country without his permission. Causes her right of custody to lapse. The effect thereof: lapse of her right to maintenance for the girl in custody and her housing costs. The judgment’s contravention thereof. An error in applying the law requiring its cassation.

إقامة الحاضنة بمحضونتها في دولة أجنبية عن بلد الولى دون إذن منه إقامة دائمة. يسقط حقها في الحضانة. أثر ذلك: سقوط حقها في نفقة المحضونة وأجرة سكناها. مخالفة الحكم ذلك. خطأ في تطبيق القانون يوجب تمييزه.Original Arabic judgment citations
