A mosque waqf. Revoking it or changing its conditions is impermissible, even if the waqf founder stipulated this. The effect of this. The heirs may not demand its dissolution and distribution as an estate; rather, the endowed mosque may be substituted and transferred to another purpose when necessary.

وقف المسجد. عدم جواز الرجوع فيه أو تغيير شروطه ولو شرط الواقف ذلك. أثر ذلك. ليس للورثة المطالبة بحله وتوزيعه كتركة بل يجوز استبدال المسجد الموقوف وتحويله إلى جهة أخرى عند الاقتضاء.Original Arabic judgment citations
