Establishment of a child's lineage by the marital bed under the Ja'fari school. Its condition. Consummation with the child's mother, the passage of six months or more from intercourse, and non-exceedance of the maximum gestation period, or express or implied acknowledgment of the child. His action denying the child's lineage to him shall not be heard, whether through li'an or otherwise.

ثبوت نسب الولد بالفراش في المذهب الجعفري. شرطه. الدخول بأمه ومضي ستة أشهر فأكثر من الوطء وعدم تجاوز أقصى مدة للحمل أو الإقرار به صراحة أو دلالة. ولا تسمع دعواه بنفي نسبه إليه لا باللعان أو غيره.Original Arabic judgment citations
