A child’s lineage to his father. Its establishment by the marital bed, acknowledgment, or evidence. - What is meant by the marital bed existing between the man and woman when pregnancy begins. The wife’s pregnancy during the subsistence of marriage. Its implication. Establishment of the son’s lineage to her husband by the marital bed. Its condition. The elapse of the minimum gestation period before birth and the absence of proof that the spouses could not meet because of a physical impediment from the date of the contract until birth, or that it arose after marriage and continued for three hundred and sixty-five - 454 - Personal Status days. - A man may deny the son’s lineage to him within seven days of birth or knowledge thereof. Its condition. That he has not acknowledged lineage expressly or implicitly. - Mutual imprecation procedures. They must be undertaken within fifteen days of birth or knowledge thereof.
