Establishment of pregnancy and birth within a valid marital union, birth occurring after the minimum gestation period has elapsed, establishment of the possibility of meeting, the husband's failure to dispute the possibility of intercourse, his failure to deny the newborn's parentage within seven days of birth or knowledge thereof and without initiating mutual imprecation proceedings within fifteen days of that date, and his obtaining birth and nationality certificates for the newborn. Its necessary consequence. Establishment of the newborn's parentage. - Establishment of parentage by a valid marital union and the man's failure to deny it within the prescribed period. Effect. It may not be invalidated or negated by an acknowledgment or presumptions. Example: the husband's accusation of adultery against his wife more than five months after the birth of the son whose parentage he seeks to deny. It is not relied upon to negate parentage.
