Lineage. Its establishment by the marital bed, acknowledgment, and evidence. What is meant by the marital bed: the existence of a marital relationship and the elapse since the marriage contract of the minimum gestation period, namely six lunar months, with the possibility of the parties meeting, and the absence of proof of non-meeting due to a physical impediment between them from the date of the contract until birth, or its arising after marriage and continuing for more than 365 days from the date of irrevocable separation or death.
