Maintenance of a poor minor child, including a servant's wages. Obligatory upon the child's father. Its condition. That he be financially able. It changes with changes in circumstances and conditions. The female custodian may not waive it; otherwise, she exceeds the limits of her authority because of the resulting harm to the child in custody.

نفقة الولد الصغير الفقير ومنها أجر الخادم. وجوبها على أبيه. شرطه. أن يكون موسراً. تغيرها بتغير الظروف والأحوال. ليس للحاضنة التنازل عنها وإلا تكون متجاوزة لحدود سلطتها لما يترتب عليه من ضرر بالمحضون.Original Arabic judgment citations
