Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 47

The Civil Service Council decision issued in the minutes of meeting 4 dated 14/8/1991 abolishing the government housing system and granting a housing allowance in its stead. Its implication: this allowance became a right for everyone to whom government housing was allocated by the administrative authority and who remained in occupation thereof until the date of handing it over to the competent authority.
