Approval by the Personnel Bureau is a condition for employing personnel possessing qualifications needed by the country and allocating government housing to them. Such approval is not required regarding entitlement to housing or its category after employment under Council of Ministers Decision No. 5/1962. Example. Concerning a request to replace housing designated for a bachelor with housing for a married person and the employee’s entitlement to the allowance for the latter housing.
