English translation of the principle

The plea which the court is obliged to address and answer. Its nature. - The appellant's plea before the trial court that he was subjected to coercion by the officer involved in the incident, without explaining what he intended by this plea. The court's disregard of it. No defect. Even assuming that he intended by the plea that the coercion was aimed at inducing him to confess, where the judgment did not rely on that confession. His challenge in this regard. Directed at no object and inadmissible.
