Staying all civil and criminal judicial proceedings concerning transactions relating to company shares concluded on deferred-payment terms before Law 57/1982 came into force, for which post-dated cheques, bonds or other means of payment were issued and whose value has not been collected, provided that they are adjudicated by the arbitration tribunal established pursuant to the provisions of this Law. This applies only to proceedings and actions concerning transactions relating to company shares concluded on deferred-payment terms before it came into force and does not extend to other transactions.
