Complicity by agreement. Is the unity of its parties’ intention to commit the agreed act. Its completion without outward manifestations or tangible acts from which it can be inferred. - Assistance in an offence. Is effected by any means. It is sufficient that the person providing assistance knows that he is assisting another in committing an offence. Example concerning the judgment’s demonstration of the establishment of the offence of complicity in abortion.
