Judicial principle — Kuwait Court of Cassation

Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 312

State of Kuwait · Penal Law · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

A police officer's use of means leading to his objective. Unobjectionable. - The officer's request that the accused contact the appellant after strong evidence supporting his accusation of a felony had become available. It does not constitute incitement to or creation of the offense, provided the appellant's will remained free and was not extinguished. The defense in this regard. Manifestly unfounded. The judgment's omission of an express response to it does not render it defective.
