Forgery of a banking document. The criterion for its establishment. - The appellant’s withdrawal of sums from the two victims’ bank account through an automated teller machine using their two cards and their two secret numbers after stealing them. Recording this entry in the automated machine’s transaction statements contrary to the truth which those statements were prepared to establish constitutes forgery of a banking document.
