Real property ownership actions are actions claiming title. Their registration is mandatory. - The right of inheritance. Its registration is not a condition for the transfer of real rights in immovable property to the heirs. The reason therefor. The consequence of non-registration is to prevent registration of any disposition made by an heir concerning any immovable property of the estate.
