Liability of the direct actor. Flagrant, intentional conduct on the part of the injured person that removes this liability. Its meaning. An excessive departure from proper conduct amounting to gross fault, without reaching the degree of intending the result, committed voluntarily by its perpetrator through undertaking an unjustified act or omission while aware of the danger surrounding him.
