The deceased's rushing in his vehicle onto the carriageway of the public road from a side opening controlled by a malfunctioning traffic signal, when road conditions did not permit him to do so because of the passage of a bus complying with traffic rules. The deceased's vehicle colliding with it and his being injured. The judgment's conclusion that the harm did not arise directly from the bus but rather from the impact caused by the deceased's vehicle, and its denial of the status of direct actor to the bus driver. No error.
