That no statutory provision requires him to follow particular criteria and that he base his assessment on sound foundations. - Assessment of compensation for moral damage. It suffices that it be in an amount consoling the injured party and ensuring restoration of his standing without excess, according to what emerges from the surrounding circumstances and the actual situation.
