Joining the guarantor. Its effect. Becoming a party to the original proceedings. He may challenge the judgment rendered therein even if the claimant under the guarantee accepts it. The condition for this. That there be a close connection between the original action and the incidental guarantee action. - Action to establish a state of affairs:-
