Action for the validity and enforceability of a sale. Its nature. An action ultimately claiming title, intended to enforce the seller’s obligations that transfer ownership of the sold property to the purchaser and to obtain a judgment whose registration substitutes for registration of the contract in transferring ownership. Condition thereof. Transfer of ownership and registration of the judgment rendered in the action must be possible.
