Form is a means of achieving an objective accomplished by observance of that form. Achievement of the objective despite absence of the form. Its effect. Absence of harm, so invalidity is not declared. Example. - The particulars concerning the name of the party effecting service or the person served, his surname, profession or occupation. They are deemed complete whenever the identity of the party effecting service or the person served is established unambiguously. Example: an error in the name by placing the grandfather's name before the father's name, or in the surname.
