Procedures the process server must follow concerning delivery of the service document to the administrative authority. Article 9 of the Code of Procedure. The burden of proof rests on the debtor served if he alleges, contrary to this apparent state, that the service procedures did not achieve their purpose because he did not become aware of the fact of service for a reason not attributable to his act or negligence.

الإجراءات الواجب على مندوب الإعلان إتباعها في خصوص تسليم الإعلان للإدارة. م٩ مرافعات. عبء الإثبات يقع على المدين المعلن إليه في حالة ادعائه مايخالف هذا الظاهر بأن إجراءات هذا الإعلان لم تحقق غايتها بأن لم يتصل علمه بواقعة الإعلان لسبب لا يرجع إلى فعله أو تقصيره.Original Arabic judgment citations
