State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Three · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The female respondents' failure to discharge themselves from the two acknowledgments bearing their signatures. The challenged judgment's disregard of the evidential significance of these two instruments on the ground that the appellant obtained their signatures while they were influenced by his moral ascendancy, without citing acceptable evidence for its conclusion. Inadequate reasoning and contradiction of what is established in the papers, requiring its cassation.
