Cases of a judge's disqualification from hearing an action. Article 102 of the Civil Procedure Law. - A judge's issuance of a first-instance judgment. His disqualification from hearing the appeal brought against it. Contravention thereof. Nullity of the judgment, requiring its partial cassation within the limits of those parts of the appellate judgment in whose hearing he participated at first instance. Example.
