Clerical errors in a judgment. Their correction is not reserved exclusively to the court that issued it; rather, the Court of Appeal shares that power as an ancillary jurisdiction vested in it incidentally to an appeal brought before it and pending before it, and pursuant to the rule that an appeal transfers the action to the Court of Appeal with its factual elements and legal evidence.
