A wife's disobedience. Its criterion and its effect in forfeiting her maintenance. The requirements for proving it are that the husband request her to surrender herself to him in execution of the final judgment ordering her to enter into his obedience. The basis therefor. Article 87, Law 51/1984. This procedural rule must be applied regardless of the school of jurisprudence applied.

نشوز الزوجة. مناطه وأثره في سقوط نفقتها. مقتضيات إثباته هي أن يطلب الزوج إليها تسليم نفسها له تنفيذاً للحكم النهائي الصادر بدخولها في طاعته. أساس ذلك. م٨٧ ق٥١/١٩٨٤. وجوب تطبيق هذه القاعدة الإجرائية أياً ما كان المذهب المطبق.Original Arabic judgment citations
