English translation
For a pledge of a movable to be effective against third parties, in addition to the transfer of possession, the contract must be drawn up in a document bearing an established date, sufficiently specifying the secured amount and the pledged property. This established date shall determine the rank of the pledge.

يشترط لنفاذ رهن المنقول في حق الغير إلى جانب انتقال الحيازة أن يحرر العقد
في ورقة ثابتة التاريخ يبين فيها المبلغ المضمون والعين المرهونة بيانــا كافيا، وهذا
