Article 107 of Civil Code

1 - If a person has a severe physical disability such as to make it difficult for him to comprehend the circumstances of contracting or to express his will, particularly if he is deaf and mute, blind and deaf, or blind and mute, the court may appoint a judicial assistant for him to assist him in the dispositions in which it considers his interests to require assistance. 2 The decision appointing the judicial assistant shall be publicized in the manner prescribed by a decision issued by the Minister of Justice.
